Just picked it up the end of January '09.  Its fairly clean, but has been ghettoed out.  Im working on reviving her and she will some day be happy again.  First removed the 5% front window tint. removed the left over wires from a really shitty amp install.  Have to fix the water leak from the after market sunroof.  And the rear hatch stays cant even hold themselves up.  It has been lowered 2 inches.  Havent had the chance to pick it up yet. If it is poorly done, its going back to stock.  Has a SHITY K&N wannabe filter stuffed onto the end of the plastic pipe.  Real nice... Atleast the tires were new, but on some shit non-factory wheels. WTF!!!

The fixes.  MSD 6AL, cap and rotor, and wires are all on their way from summit racing.  Already fixed the tint issues, and re-adjusted the front seets... F*cking gangster wannabe.  Will be replacing the no name headunit and speakers.  Im sure the wiring will be wire tie or just twisted together.  I cant wait!  Got some new rear hatch stayes.  How hard was that???  Need to see why the interior lights, acc plug, and power mirrors dont work.  Im so excited about that too....

Updates will come...  Planning on a controlled electric fan, summit roller rockers, and back to stock thermostat. It is not a race truck damn it! My goal is 20MPG.  And a little extra power at the same time.  Maybe a better intercooler and piping. A 2 1/2 inch Cowl hood would look good too.  Who knows. I have to remember it is my daily driver.  I cant seem to leave shit alone!!!

It will all come in time... check back again some time soon.

UPDATE!!!  6AL, MSD Cap Rotor Wires and Coil are all installed.  That has to be the EASIEST box install i have ever done.  I ordered a wire connection deal that plugged right inbetween the coil and factory harness. Never easier! Mounting the box took the longest out of the whole thing.  Also factory Thermostat.  Next step is Serp Belt and electric fan.  I will get to 20MPG damn it!  After that, updates may may be few.  Summer project on it is the Edlebroch Manifold, Roller Rockers, any maybe a CompCams cam. We will see.  More pictures to come.  For now ill be working on the Skyline engine in my 240.

April 17th. Drove her to North West Indiana area to visit family and friends.  Installed an electric fan and new serp belt.  Fairly easy.  The next day, raced in Stree Modified class in SCCA South Bend region.  The 240 wasnt ready so this had to do.  It was raining so all wheel drive was a GREAT advantage!  Came out in 4th place over all, but beat my buddy so thats all that counts. And I got 19.4mpg on the way back to NY.

Thanks for looking!

Hi, if you want 20mpg, try adding an HHO generator/electrolysis unit into the mix. I'll be doing this myself in a couple of years when I've got mine back on the road. Just search Youtube for 'Water Powered Car' or 'HHO' for starters but it's a can of worms! Much to be learned but should be well worth it.
