gstmatt95's 2006 Mercury Mariner

Hey Guys...Just traded in my 2002 Mini Cooper for this awesome 2006 Mariner at the end of January.  So far I am really liking it!  I have tinted the front windows 35% and I've decided to do the windshield too, so i'll do that soon.  I just installed a 8000K HID kit which looks amazing on this truck.  I had them on my Mini before, but it looks way better on here. I also just added an 8000k kit to the fog lights...it was a pain to do and they have a different tint to them, from the lenses i'm guessing.  The combo is super bright and awesome.

I have the Audiophile head unit, which is pretty impressive for a stock unit.  I had all Infinity Kappa Perfect speakers previously, 6.1" components x4 on a 520watt 4 channel Infinity reference series amp and 2 10" Infinity Kappa perfect DVQ subs on an 600watt 2channel Infinity Reference series amp with a Stinger full farad capacitor.  I also had a Jensen 7" in dash DVD unit.  I kept the subs, amp and cap and i am installing those in this vehicle as soon as my wiring kit arrives.  Further down the road i will replace the rest of the speakers and head unit.

My plans are to keep this car mostly stock, but will likely buy a nice set of 22" wheels after seeing some other people cars on here.  I am very pleased with my Mariner so far and I can't wait to get it done up all the way like i like.  The only part that sucks about getting a new car is it takes a long while and a lot of money to do all the usual mods again! But i am looking forward to it.

Its kinda dirty in these pics...so after I detail it, i'll take some better ones.

I got some cool white led interior lights from superbrightleds.com.  They really set off the interior of the car and give it a nice look. I also got a couple to put over the license plate.  They just look really clean and i really like them.  In these pics i had a set of 18s that i had on my Mini that i just recently sold.
