Page 1: The beginning

Hello all...! This site is under construction, however I have some pictures of my project car. My 1992 Camaro RS is medium quasar blue metallic just like this. I bought it because it is all stock and is TBI/automatic tranmission car (famous TH-700R4) which was the most commonly camaro produced.

Another reasons I bought a camaro with the 305 TBI is the affordability and availability of aftermarket parts. Stock 1992 Camaro RS with LO3 305cid 5.0L TBI engine, only perform 170 hp and 255 lb/ft of torque. However, professionally build up prove these engines can easily produce 250 hp and 300 ft/lb of torque or even more. After all, sky is the limit. :-)
I admit that 5.0L 305 TBI doesn´t has a lot of power from factory, but if you invest a little money, devote a lot of time and study a lot about it, I think LO3 really turns into a very fast engine, potential power waiting to become kinetic, every component in the LO3 must work extremely well, if you reach this, all pieces must be greater in sum than the individual worth. LO3 is one of the cheapest and easiest engines to work on and modify to ever come from GM.
I drove my 1992 Camaro RS around one month and 1300 miles, but few minor problems such as little smoke in the exhaust and weak suspension, were starting to bother me; so I decided to park it, put on jackstands an started to enjoy restoration and overhauling project.
I know my project car is not as good as it ought to be, so I will take all the time and a reasonable budget to turn my ´92 Camaro RS into a strong performer car. After all, sport cars can go faster than they appear. Reach the final goal, an amazing 305 stroker, is not to be regard as a stroke of look, you must take care of each step before and after the initial start. Horsepower is impressive, cause emotion... but torque... win races.
Thanks for watching...!
