This is what she looked like the day I bought it. That was in March of 2003.
Not too bad looking, here's the areas of concern I noticed right away...
The trunk floor doesn't look extremely bad, but underneath that chrome window trim is a different story...
Here she is finally at home in the summer of 2003.
A little cleaning up, and some fresh paint...
This is about when I moved from a house with a two car garage to a houe with a one car garage...uggghh!!!
Here is the rear end removed and cleaned up a bit. Just a 2.56 One leg for now...
As you can kind of see here, the under carriage got a lot of work in the cleaning department, but with only about fourteen inches of room under there, I wasn't able to get many pics of it all. Just his one for now from the rear view.
Remeber the earlier pics of the rusty area under the rear window and deck lid? Here's what it looked like under further inspection...ARGHHHH!!
Well, this is where I get to test out my newly learned welding skills, and my first attempt at metal fabrication of any kind...
