On my doors, I used a 1/2inch bolt through the "middle" of the door (straight in front of the latch its self), I just welded the latch rod to the end of the bolt. I used a "bushing" that was 1/2 ID and about 1in long to weld in the door, so the bolt stays straight. You just push on the head of the bolt, and the door opens. If that dosent make sense, I can email you some pics. I have some new radius arms made up, just havent had time to put them on yet. I used 2in square tubing,1/4wall. They are about 5in longet than stock F150's. I have some pics somewhere, I can email them to you also... Todd S.
