1974 Chevrolet Nova
This is my New Project car. I bought this for my father and my plan is to fix it up and restore it than give it to him to drive. It has been my dream to give him the one car he had which taught me the joys of being a mechanic. I will be showing the progress as it becomes available. Car was bought December 31, 2008. I feel real lucky to have found it AND its in running condition! (It took me 8 years to find it cheap enough). A great way to start a new year!
It came with a 350 V8 engine and a TH350 transmission. Brand new tires with Crager rims and a 600 CFM Elderbrock carb and Elderbrock performance RPM intake manifold and Header Exhaust manifolds.
The interior is destroyed. Ripped up Bench seats, Missing headliner, modified kick panels etc. The Floor was rusted as well. Mostly the passenger side front was affected. Rusted right through! Driver side just has surface rust.
More pics of the interior. Alot of work awaits me but I'm up for the challenge.
Also has Flowmaster Exhaust and H pipe. I'm going to redo the entire exhaust and exit them out the rear (bumper) with Chrome pipes. Also heres the Crager wheels up close.
