heather_ann's 1966 Ford Mustang

She's just a plain jane 66. No power steering or brakes...no a/c...200ci 6 cyl... only 57000

original miles except the 2000 that i put on it since i've had her.  I'm majoring in automotive

service technology in college at the moment so one day she will the best 66 there ever was.

WHAT?!  A girl can dream right!!

heather_ann's 1966 Ford Mustang This is # 1. i got it when i turned 18 and just had to have a mustang.  It needed way to much work for me to do at the time.  So I sold it about a year after I got it.

heather_ann's 1966 Ford Mustang I got #2 beacuse it has a better body...even though you can't really tell because I got bored one day and took the front of the car apart

heather_ann's 1966 Ford Mustang there goes the motor and transmission...it all needed to be done so i did it...with the help of my dad

heather_ann's 1966 Ford Mustang Just a little paint stripping...Body work is my favorite thing to do.

yea yea yea i know what you are thinking.  but no i didn't pay for this next one, it was free

heather_ann's 1966 Ford Mustang  A guy that heard I was workin on some Mustangs and said he needed to get rid of it or it would go to a junk yard so i got a trailer and went to get it the next day.  I was gald we didn't pay for it either when i first saw it.  Its a complete car but just completely apart. I am planning to take the entire cowl panel, drip rails, quarter panels, and anything else thats worth taking off for repairs on my white one.

the side molding near the door could have been taken off by a previous owner. the blue looks the same color as my 66 so maybe they repainted it after removing them. check my 65. i did the same thing. looks slick without them.

Heather thanks for the rate... You got a nice collection of cars there! I love the Cat! I love the big and low cars. I have a 96 Impala and soon hopefully I talk a guy into selling his 62 convt Lincoln Continental. I went with a rack and pinion form TCP... but only because the suspension was purchased thru them and I really like the products. Flammin river has a nice set up. There are a couple of other ones and Ill try to look back at some back issues of mustang monthly where they did a whole comparison on 6-7 of them... Keep up the work looks good! -Chris
