My cars story......

Once upon a time in 1974 a Sailor bought my car and then 3 months later got shipped to sea. (HA HA) My mom bought it from him practically brand new from him for like 2,200 on her $2 minimum wage. Well anyways about 6 years ago it got passed on to me. Well i hated it at first. I wanted a Trans Am. But guess what I had $2,000 and not enough for a TA so i had to fix up this bug. New paint, new interior and got the engine running after it sat in our driveway for 13 years!!!Well lets just say this car cost me tons of money in repair costs. Then someone taught me how to work on them. Since then Ive saved about $1,000 dollars a year. So that is how ive saved to do the things you see. Ive been through it all in my bug so ive grown to love it. Small fires, stuck on the side of the road for hours, COMPLETE EMBARRASMENT!, super beetle knocking up front, burning pistons, ANYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF I WAS THERE! So i'd just like to thank Volkswagen rite now for making such a car that you could hate and love at the same time!!!!

Hey, she is a beauty, check out my karmann ghia sometime, I was wondering what size alternator are you using for your bug, because I am currently running 8 polk speakers, a dvd player and a air ride suspension all on a generator and I need to know what alternator I should buy to run all my electronics.
