1982 Mercury Capri RS T-top...

Original owner and my first new car that now has just over 80,000 km's.  Replaced the original 2bbl 302 with a fuel injected 347 built on a Sportsman block.  Edelbrock RPM Heads and modified Victor Jr intake top the block and air/fuel is managed with a Simple Digital Systems programmable fuel injection system. The long block is backed with a WC T-5 followed up with a 8.8" Torsen diff,  3.55 gears, Moser axles capped off with a Ford Racing girdle.   It's become my ongoing weekend hobby car.

Tried to keep the original exterior appearance with the exception of the 17"x 8.5" ROH wheels. Those old TRX's just wouldn't cut it. :)

Interior is pretty stock other than a Autometer shift light and Momo steering wheel.  Would love to add some Recarro seats in the future...

Very nice and clean looking car. Sharp looking in black. Becoming less and less on the roads. Nice to see another Canadian Capri.
