This is my '69 Camaro that my parents bought new in 1970, and I inherited it in 2000. So far I have restored the body and paint, most of the interior, and suspension/brakes and steering. It has a 350 in it for the time being while I rebuild the original 307 engine.
The paint and interior are a repaint of the original color and stripe. This Camaro was a dealer demo model at Jerry Roth Chevrolet in Denver, Co. The salesman was a neighbor of my parents and he told me the car was special ordered to showcase what the SS model looked like, but is was only a base model coupe as the dealer didn't want to invest the extra money in a real SS.
