This is my 2007 Hilux 4x4, D4D, SR spec. auto.
And this is what she looked like at the dealership from new. She was an ugly little virgin that soon began to blossom into a first class whore....LOL
She has a 3" Desert Fox Foam Cell Shocks all around, Dobinson Coils Front, Reset Stanadrad Leaves Rear with a 1" Snake Racing Block Spacer Underneath. Will be getting a custom 3" rear leaf setup at some stage in the future.
285/75x16 Silverstone MT117 Sport tyres. 16x8 Dynamic Black steel wheels. zero offset.
Vehicle has had fitted colour matched Flares, colour matched front grille, ARB front bullbar, ARB Brush bars and Sidesteps, Safari Snorkel, 20% Tinted Windows, 240 Blitz Lightforce Spotlights.
Extended rear brake line for the LPSV which is a must if your flexin it to the limits. Black Powder Coated Rear SR5 Sportsbar. Also has a 3" dump pipe and a straight through 3" exhaust with NO MUFFLERS! Sounds absolutely awesome!!
The rear factory towbar I have modified to sit 2 inches higher for better departure angle, and I have made my own transfer case protector that I will modify soon to a better design.
This is when I had an extra rear bar on the back and a Roof Rack I custom fitted on top of it.
At some stage in the future I will get a canvas canopy for the rear.
Heres some offroad pics, nothing too crazy but she does pretty good offroad.
The following 8 pics were taken at a 4x4 training park where I completed an advanced course in four wheel driving. Its allways good to try and learn something more than what you thought you already knew....LOL
The following drop in the pics below was a 62 degree drop....... you could feel the back end of the hilux starting to lift and overtake the roof on the way down....did it once, NO chance Id do it again.

Future Mods include a aftermarket UCA's, more trimming, Custom Transfer Case protector.
Custom Tube front bar and sliders will come later on as will a rear quarter panel chop and a custom rear bar with possibly a tyre carrier. A cross between the 2 below.
When and if that goes through, either 34 or 35 inch tyres would be next with 4.88:1 diff gears and a front locker.
The look Im after is something similar to the one below. (It has a 4 inch suspension kit and running 35/10.5x16 Simex Centipede Tyres)
This is one 4x4 hilux that DOES go offroad and doesnt just cruise around with 24" rims and a big strereo to get other men excited at the shopping centre carparks!!!!
