Parts room So, back to the car. I took the engine and heads I had up to Accurate Performance in Las Vegas, NV, to a shop recommended to me by a guy I really respect, who helped me with the car early on and still continues to drive his Cutlass like he stole it, Kevin. Rick, the owner of the shop, is an ex drag racer with many records, to include losing his 69 Camaro conv's brakes at the end of a dragstrip and driving right off and merging with highway traffic. As usual, you pick a number you want to spend...then opportunity rears its beautiful head and you double your investment, haha. So I ended up with a big beautiful 455 w/ Edelbrock aluminum heads and intake. Custom ground Bullet cam, Comp Cam roller rockers, Sealed Power pistons (which he claims are the best), and some other lil tricks and goodies. Luckily, Rick is a great guy and let me and my buddy assist in the build, learning a WHOLE lot. Expecting/hoping for over 600 hp.
