Hey everybody, this is my 1965 Corvair Monza. Its my first car and I bought it back in december of 2003. Its my daily driver and I haven't really done much to it except just keeping it running. Unfortunately, driving it everyday has taken its toll on the car and it keeps on deteriorating as time goes by which I hate to see. This summer I've got big plans to rebuild the front suspension, undercoat the entire car, and maybe rebuild the rear suspension as well. Ofcourse I say this now, who knows...I could very easily just end up vacuuming the inside and changing the oil. Most of the pictures on here are of the car as it is now, I've got older pictures that I'll be putting up later so you can see just how far downhill this car has gotten.

Heres some before and after pics. Back in '04 the paint actually had a little bit of shine to it. I'd really like to paint this car soon.

Some pics of the front end...the paint is really faded and I'm getting tired of it looking so bad...

Heres what driving in the salt and snow will do if you take car of your car like I do. I've checked some prices of replacement sheetmetal and this isn't going to be a cheap one to fix...

Here's a shot of the passenger side front fender...same story here. This shot of the quarter panel shows where it got hit and after I hammered it out (well kinda)

Here's the reason my floors rusted out so badly...if you've got a leaky windshield get it fixed real soon.

all it needs is some body work/paint and store it in a garage more often this is a real nice car paint it clean it up and save it! I want to get one of those in the future a black 65to69 add some nice chrome 17s and a fresh paint and have it as a daily anyway what mpg do you get with it anyway?

Hey thanks! My holley is totally stock. All I changed was the spring for the secondaries and I can't remember which one I put in. I've spent lots of time just playing around with the carb. I cut 1 coil out of each spring to get it to sit like that. I did install new Clarks springs in the rear and cut 1 coil but it sat way to high so I took them out.
