July 2008 Updates
New Single inlet setup. Making 10 lbs Boost.

Not much time to test and tune although the LM-1 datalogging for AFR has been helpful.

AFR's are 14.1 idle, 13.8 cruise, 11.1 under boost.

MSD is pulling 2 degrees of timing per pound of boost.

Issues currently include failure of clamps and inlet 90 degree bends under boost.

Remedy is T bolt clamps and full silicone multi ply bends.

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions.
One thing I ran across from many with turbo expertise was concern over the use of the carb hat with two intakes close together, both coming in at the front of the carb.(pics on page 2 of old design) The concern was based on how blowthru carbs work and the fact that designs like the previous one I had would cause turbulence in the hat and affect drive ability and engine life as lean conditions could exist. So I went with something a little different and honestly I don't like the look of it as much as the previous design on page 2. But function is more important to me than looks so I am still working with it. A small adjustment has already been made to the passenger side to remove a few too many bends I had and to incorporate the BOV on the driver side. I will continue to update with pics.

Nice car love that motor was thinking about doing the same thing but it looked like to much work how much did it cost, if your tubing is blowing off at high boost you have to eliminate some clamps and weld it together in some spots come check me out some time 5*

Very sweet! Love the box style cars and love turbos! get some nicer rims on there and it would be sick! Some welds with some big slicks or some 18's with low pros or something?
