As you can imagine, money is hard to come by for a full-time student and a part time job.Iv had this car for a few years now and for the amount of time iv had it im slacking on the things i could and should have done with it. i dont really know a lot about cars so im learning from this as i go and my best friend and people that help me with my car teach me a few things as well, iv learned a lot. and the more i know the more i want to do with this car. but as you can expect with the way the economy is, spare money has been hard to come by, especially if you work at kohls and get minimal hours but i have high hopes and big plans for this car. with my next financial aid check i hope to get insurance and deal with the dmv so i can finally be able to drive this beast.it runs, sounds really burl, especially with my new carb. i just have to do some final adjustments. anyways im flattered that you guys like my project car and thanks for all the kind words.

primered brown so the neighbors would quit complaining to the county about it being an eye sore.its original color matches the color of the wheels, when i got it i had intentions of re-painting it so i was sanding it and anonymous people kept taking pictures of my half sanded car and complaining to the county. so i primered it all brown to shut them up and il start thinking about painting it again after i get it running and make it my daily driver.im fine with it looking like crap for the time being, i just want to drive it. and its kinda cool to have a ugly car that can haul ass and surprise people.

lookin good. bummer about the neighbors bitchin...they must not be car people. Looks like you are making good progress. What color are you thinking about painting it? I know how you feel...I am also a full time student with a part time job. I pretty much drained my bank account fixing my Camaro up. Now i am trying to put all the $ back into the bank. Check out my 79.
