Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy
All products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has determined the product is appropriate for the customer’s application prior to the time of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, call us at 775.378.1864 or email us at sadistikustoms013@hotmail.com and one of our representatives will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All full refunds must be handled within 7 days from receiving the product. All material returned to Sadistik Kustoms LLC . must have a RMA number! Material must be in resalable condition for consideration of refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all orders plus freight. Cancellations of non-stock items (custom orders) are subject to an additional fee and may amount to the full price of the cancelled products.
We have never encountered a problem we couldn’t fix or a person we couldn’t make happy unless it was an unreasonable request, such as a "free handout". If you are one of them, considering legal means to solve any problems, we are sorry, the only winners in this case are the lawyers. We also want to remind all customers that all our sales are FOB Reno,Nevada. Although we drop ship from around the world, we are bound to and uphold the laws of the State of Nevada, USA where our company charter is based, and reserve the right to defend ourselves in that state only.
Limited Warranty
1. The goods purchased hereby are subject to the following terms and conditions covered by the below warranty as specifically stated. Any additions or deletions shall not be binding on either party hereto if in conflict with the printed materials contained herein.
2. Sadistik Kustoms LLC . warrants that at the time of shipment each item sold shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Sadistik Kustoms LLC . obligation under the warranty is limited to replacing or repairing any item which, within 15 days of receipt by original purchaser, shall be returned FREIGHT PREPAID* (BY THE BUYER), with a return authorization obtained from Sadistik Kustoms LLC and upon which examination shall disclose, to Sadistik Kustoms LLC .satisfaction, to have been defective. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty does not extend to any part, which has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, alteration or use in violation of instructions furnished by Sadistik Kustoms LLC . with the part.
In no event shall Sadistik Kustoms LLC . maximum liability exceed the contract price for the item claimed to be defective or unsuitable.
3. Sadistik Kustoms LLC . shall not be responsible for damages, loss or other injury to persons or property, directly or indirectly, immediately or subsequently arising out of the use or the inability to use the items sold.
The buyer recognizes and understands that the buyer is purchasing only a Kit from which the buyer shall manufacture a vehicle and Sadistik Kustoms LLC . is neither the manufacturer of such vehicle nor the seller of a finished vehicle. Buyer assumes all risk and all liability arising of the buyer's construction of a vehicle from the Kit and options sold hereby and all present and future liability with respect to same during construction of the vehicle or with respect to the use of the vehicle upon its completed manufacture by the buyer.
4. Sadistik Kustoms LLC . products, and similar products, have been licensed for road use in most of the UNITED STATES, and Foreign countries. The buyer understands that it is the buyer’s responsibility to acquire licensing through their own efforts, and no warranty is made by Sadistik Kustoms LLC as to the licensability of the Kit manufactured by the buyers.
5. Sadistik Kustoms LLC . only warrants products, up to, and including any warranty set forth by the manufacturer of any resold products.
* Shipping discounts do not apply to third party pickups.
REFUND POLICY
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be made within 14 days WITH ALL FREIGHT PREPAID BY THE BUYER ON RETURNS according to the TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY Special order parts for other mfgs. kits are non-refundable.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
