I'm actually far from an expert on the CAI and Tunes. I've just been following advice from the great guys over at AFM. I would suggest asking them. I really like the idea of putting a custom intake on that Shelby though. They have some of the coolest looking and best performing Cold Air Intakes I've seen. =D
