grizzley grill guard (FREE!!!!). I had to weld up custom brackets, I didn't like the ones i got with it, they where bumper attached, so I welded up the brackets to make it frame mount.

This is what the truck used to look like. It needed a lot of body work and a new paint job too, the paint was chipping really bad as many early 90's GM trucks were.
