Sir-X-Loin’s 1997 Nissan Sentra

This is my 97 Sentra GXE. This car is awesome. It runs great and is very fun to drive.On this page you will see what it looked like about six months ago. Here's the end of the story. On August 16th I clipped a deer. I was going 45mph.The hood, driver's side fender, headlights, grille, radator and radator support are toast.In looking at it today it is actually pretty minor. I just don't have the money to nurse her back to health. My lose would be a huge money maker for the right person.

This is current as of May 1st 2009. I ditched the busted up factory wheel covers and found some decent ones online.I changed the grille to a '98 Sentra. I put 100' of FATMAT to deaden the ride. It's pretty quiet. I didnt have enough to do the doors, I'll get to them.The OBX Header is in. For those thinking of doing this... The front motor mount has to come out, the collector pipe is at a different angle than original so some work is required. Also, the EGR port is the wrong size. I have mine capped off with a brass plug for the time being. The bolt on mod time was. Cat back, intake, header. I noticed a huge difference in the higher rpm range. The low end is a dog.
