2007 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. Supercharged 3.8 L Series III V-6. 127 MPH car straight out of the box. I believe the car would run faster if it weren't governed. Very nice stock ride for a driving enthusiast. Reasonably priced and affordable to drive.

So, I had the opportunity to make a couple passes down the 1/4 mile in my car. The track staff did a pretty good job of pairing cars to make for good races as you can see from the time slip. The first pass was against a 1998 Mustang GT 5-speed, with a heavily modified 4.6 L V-8. I'm still not sure how I won that race. The second pass was against a Lincoln Mark V that was a pretty well built car with the 5.0 L V-8 I believe. I made two very consistent passes from my times at 60 ft, to speed at the 1/8 mile mark, all the way to consistent speeds and times at the 1/4 mile. Keep in mind this is a completely stock Grand Prix GT. It is supercharged and gets off the line really well with the traction control. Temperature was in the low 90's here and I had to drive the car about half an hour to get there. Engine temp was around 210 and transmission temp got up to 220. And I always run 93 octane fuel. However, I don't even have an aftermarket air filter on it. Just a cheap Fram. I think if the car had been cooler and the air temp cooler, it would've made it in the 14's. I'm really wanting to put the car in the 12 second bracket though. I'm not disappointed with it for a stock car though. I'm having a hard time finding parts to make it faster, other than an exhaust system, so I need some help. Any help is appreciated.

I took the car back to the same 1/4 mile track as before. Made a few passes down the track and finally got the results I was looking for. Again, this is a completely stock car with no modifications done at all. I turned a 14.9989 at 91 mph. Pretty impressive for a stock sedan.
