This is my 1976 Ford Gran Torino. This is the first car i ever bought, I found it in 2004 when  I was a senior in high school. My dad had heard about a truck that was for sale so we traveled about  sixty miles to go look at it. While he was talking to the lady about the truck i saw this cars bent up quarter panel from behind her trailer. I had been looking for one of these cars for awhile. There was a rats nest under the hood and the car was full of trash. But i asked her if she would like to sell it. Well she said sure $150, well i did some odd jobs that summer and saved up $200 so i could pay for the gas to go get it to. I waited for a couple months becuse i didnt have a trailer. Well got it home got it running and started chiping at it. Well I picked up a super clean 75 fourdoor torino and took the engine and tranny out of this car to get it running I havnt done much with this car the last couple years but its gunna get fixed. If anyone knows wheres there some taillights and other torino parts please let me know Thank you

update 12/13/2009  I found a mercury cougar in the junkyard with a sweet interior. I bought it all for $100. should make this car alot cooler inside. still no bodywork done though
