Update 5/28/09: Motor is finally out of the car and gutted most of the interior to get it all cleaned up, working on picking up a trans with a custom LSD also. Recently picked up a Ferrea valvetrain to drop in the built motor. For now I'm throwing in the stock 96 motor and running it at ~7psi for a while to get the hang of the whole turbo saturn setup.
Here it goes, the turbo shitbox. This is it's current state.
New front bumper, lowered, interior mostly back together, temp wheels.



And here is the setup I bought used. Looks a little rougher than the picture, but still in decent shape.

Precision 350 HP core intercooler with mounts

all intercooler piping *2 injector bungs welded in w/injectors*
all oil feed/drain lines
2 slim fams
Exterior: Stock with 95-96 front bumper
Interior: stock with some gauges and cheap racing seats.
Engine: CP 8.5:1 pistons on Crowers
Stock block w/ 3rd gen lower tie plate
ARP head studs
Custom Intake manifold
First gen full P&P head, small decking, w/ SDA valves Ferrea valve springs and Ti retainers.
Stock cams (eventually upgrade to Ian's chopstix)
All new seals, gaskets, etc...
3" side exit exhaust
Prothane motor mount inserts and PimpedSC2 TAM and trans mount
Act unsprung 6 puck
Suspension: H&R sport springs on KYB's.(may swap out for something lower)
Full poly bushings
SPS 17.5mm 4 way adjustable rear sway bar
Stock 96 Teardrops w/ Azenis's or similar tires
Stock 15" steelies for drag radials.
