Ok, so those of you who have been following this car since its debut on cardomain I have some unfortunate news. I am moving to Japan soon and I have to sell all my toys off, I already sold the Denali and now I have to get rid of my two pride and joys... The motor in this car was moved to my 63 Nova (also for sale) and we looked up the casting number on the block and we found out that this was a built 400, not a 355 and furthermore it has the heavy duty truck water passages so overheating is not an issue with this 400 which is good. So this car is in the exact condition as the photos less a motor and transmission. I will post recent pictures of it within the next few days here but I'm trying to get rid of them both with all of my extra parts I have, please contact me about the parts, I have entirely too many to list right now. Asking 2,000 but as always any and all reasonable offers will be considered as I do have to sell both these cars in a hurry. Contact if you need mor information about either cars. Page 4 has a few pics of the 63 because for some reason cardomain keeps the 63's page hidden even though I keep showing it. Thanks for checkin me out and hope that cardomain can help me find a new home for Christine and Lucy. Take care

Page Contents:

1 - Vehicle description and some history, old and new pics.

2 - Future plans and example photos for my chevy deuce as well as updated photos.

3 - Some shots of part searching and upcoming plans for my nova.

4 - Executing my "to do" list

This is my little baby. I've owned this Chevy Deuce for about 3 years and its been through a lot of changes. Most recently I had to swap the motor because the 6 cylinder just couldnt hack it anymore. I bought it with the 230 ci original motor and it had 230,000 miles on it when I bought the car, but it still ran like a champ after some tune-up work. But when she hit around 330,000 miles things started to go south. This was my daily driver since I bought it, and I put about 120,000 miles on it myself. The actual specs on the motor are kind of vague as I had it done while I was out here in Iraq but I know a few of the goodies and will list the actual specs when I get back home and find out for sure. She's got a 350 bored .30 over to 355, port and polished and fully blueprinted, spitting out about 380-400 horses (never been dynoed), and a TH350 3-speed auto and 3.73 gears in the rear. As for the inside, two guages were added, a two guage cluster displaying oil pressure and water temp. A 23" Gennie shifter and linkage was also added and the transmission hump was customized to accomodate the much larger tranny. As you can see in the photo of the driver seat view the clutch pedal is still there, unfortunately they couldnt get around to finishing the project. It's unfortunate but the guys I had working on it while I was out in Iraq went out of business before they could finish the project, and now since I have to find a new shop and get a new quote it may be a while before I can finish up the project. Many more upgrades to come, I'll let the photos speak for themselves for now. Be sure to check out my other two cars also, need help decidin what to do with my Denali XL.

Here's some shots of the motor, I got more things planned for it possibly some more chrome parts but as far as performance its about where I'd like it to be (although it would be sick to throw a big ass weiand supercharger and drive with no hood lmao)

Junior_1021's 1964 Chevrolet Chevy II       This is the interior work that they did (water temp and oil pressure guages) and the huge 23 inch shifter wrapped in a hand made Vanchase Joker shift knob. Funny story about the transmission hump: believe it or not, they used the factory hump for the much larger transmission by simply using a ball hammer and steel bender to widen it more than 6 inches lol, she used to have the tiny 3 on the tree tranny maybe 4 inches wide. I thought they were going to replace it but they were much more resourcefull than I thought!

Junior_1021's 1964 Chevrolet Chevy II     This is the stereo, it goes boom lol. Two of the older model 12" pentagonal's from Sony powered by a Kenwoon KAC series amplifier. I took this picture the day I was leaving for Iraq, I kinda let myself go as far as cleaning the car a few weeks before I left lol, the car has never been so dirty.

Junior_1021's 1964 Chevrolet Chevy II     Now these are a bunch of shots I took while me and my fiancee were waiting on a movie to start, I was in the mood to try out my photography skills, some came out pretty good.

Junior_1021's 1964 Chevrolet Chevy II    This one you should really enlarge because you can see the reflection of my windshield on my hood, she looks mighty clean after a fresh waxin.

The pic below is, by far, my all time favorite pic, I have it flashing everywhere, it looks like an ad you would see in a magazine or something for Gucci glasses or Versaci jeans or somethin, enjoy, and thank you for lookin me up, dont forget to stop by and rate my XL Denali and 75 Caddy.
