This is my 1988 Fiero Formula. She only has close to 65,000 miles on her and is still wearing her original paint. She came stock from the factory with a V-6, T-tops, and a 5-speed.
I bought her in July '08 after minivan ran a stop sign and totaled my '84 944. Luckily, nobody got hurt, and the insurance compensation afforded me the opportunity to purchase my Fiero.
These pictures are from a recent trip out to State College right after Christmas. Cold and sunny, perfect for a drive!
You may notice that my car appears to be overheating, this is not the case. the temperature in the coolant tank is well bellow 220, i just haven't gotten around to replacing the faulty gauge. Since i bought the car i have done some work to get her road worthy. Throughout the month of August, I rebuilt both headlight mechanisms, replaced the A/C compressor and recharged the system with the old style r12 coolant, replaced the transmission and engine mounts, replaced the cap rotor and wires, and have done two full synthetic oil changes. She blows cold, accelerates hard, and doesn't leak a drop.
