Koni FSD shocks and Eiback Pro springs have made the handling fun rather than a scary experience.  On the stock set up I was always wondering if the car would make it out of the corner with all body panels still intact with a lot of understeer present.  Now with this set up, the car handles with slight oversteer which is much more tuned into my driving style and it more predictable.

Yeah, the tyres from the tyre and rim shop just rolled the rear fenders and it was cured. The brake set up cost around US$1,500 including an extra set of street pads and fitting

I have a major problem with the same rubbing issue you have in the rear of the car as well.. I have 18 inch wheels on mine lowered with coilovers. So all you did was roll out the fenders to eliminate it?
