This is just one of my many dream cars, and I searched high and low for a car I could get my hands on that would be a solid project. I was hoping for something I could just have shipped and would be ready to run, but what I got was a lot less unfortunately. I found this car on Craigslist, and I bought it sight unseen from a guy in Sand Diego. I had it shipped up to Seattle and needless to say it needed work from the start. Currently I have done roughly 20k worth of work to it, but she still needs more. I’ll keep posting picts, and let me know what you think along the way.

Here is a list of what I have done thus far (UPDATED 8/09/2009):
- Full motor rebuild, including new carb, custom alternator mount, custom water pump and mount, all to handle the bounce.
- New complete custom exhaust
- Fully reinforced frame (3/4 inch steel on the ends, and 1/2 steel in the center)
- Full suspension including reinforced a-arms, springs, etc
- Third pump specifically for the front, and two rear pumps for each side
- New complete steering column
- Full electrical including custom wire harness to modernize the system
- New digital dash (old one was shot)
- New brakes
- New LED taillights
Here is a list of what's getting done in the next 2 months:
- All windows replaced, including weather stripping and mechanics
- Body work (finally) including trim. Keeping the same color but need a lot of her straightened out
- Paint the inner wheels wells black (I don't like the white that the previous owner kept them)
- Interior touched up.
- New tires all around
