This is my 1991 Honda Civic HB. Got it last November '08 for $800 only. I am planning to restore this car and the same time i am going to use it for weekend AutoX and Track Days.
When i got the car, the interior suck (looks like somebody died 2 years back), Engine condition still ok, tires are new (just renewed the registration), some external lights and shocks are busted. Overall, it is 50% driveable.
3 days after, i joined the AutoX to see what the car can do. :P After 3 rounds they stop me for running the 4th round as the oil leaked really bad!
Anyhow, i will restore the car one by one... ;P

It is quite challenging to restore / modify an old car like this one. People here in Middle East / Qatar mostly are into brand new cars. Only few enthusiasts like me who keep looking for spare parts at the junkyards, some of the parts are totally junk and useless. The good thing is because that only few people are into restoration/modification, there is no pressure at all.
The only tricky part is that most of the performance parts are coming from other countries. Shipping is one of the biggest problem that i/we are facing especially the amount of money we pay for the parts. However, for the real enthusiast, no problem that can be solve! ;P
