Twin Turbos:)

Updated front end. Sides and rear to come.
Waterjet flange all ready to go.
Mandrel bend tubing and waterjet flange for one of the turbo manifolds.
Turbo manifolds are almost complete!
That vane door air flow meter is on its way out in favor of a MAP sensor.
Here is a pretty simple CAD model of my headers, turbos, plumbing system, and charge air cooler.
Front turbo header is complete 3/31/09
Rear turbo header

Expert bends and welds by Forrest at exhaust pros.

This is how the turbo manifolds fit inside the engine compartment.

Valve cover is a bit dirty, I'll have to fix that later.
Turbochargers mounted and ready to start design/building the intake plumbing. Downpipes to be finished soon! Yes, vane door is still there, but not for long.
This is roughly how the plumbing will work out.
