Well I got a tint kit off of ebay. At first I was skeptic but it worked out pretty well.

hey man nice 3. a little too much neon for my taste but if you like it thats cool! get dropped it will make your underglow look so much better. my interior its all done by me, I rarely pay people to work on my car unless its an alignment or something that I need equipment for. it took 2 weeks to finish it. and if your looking to tint your headlights, get Lamin-x headlight film, its the best stuff. you wont get pulled over for it, but if you drive like a tool and get pulled over its likely they will add that on to your driving related charge but, you can just peel them off.
