Fixing the worst of the rust at my shop before it gets worse

I have not done must to this car yet due to work but the pin on the front sway bar were broken so I replaced them with Polyurethane bushings and I have ordered 91 92 ground effects for look wise and have not yet had time to install them or paint the car yet I plan on painting in 3 weeks from now. I have also replaced the tires. Also  I am still not sure on what color to paint the car?  Well its coming down to what i should do first build my motor or paint the car?

Surprised you noticed. The front is a different shade than the back. They are faded together close enough where most people will not notice. It is a temporary fix until I can afford and make up my mind on what I want the entire car to be which is probly some sort of smoky sleight metallic blue.. so not cheap :). Do what ya gotta do with your car just make sure she finds a good home.
