Here she is, plain jane straight  from the dealer...I knew this would be a fun car to upgrade....

opie0669's 2005 Dodge Neon  Now we are on our way..I decided to keep stock size wheels and tires but chose these Enkei wheels that match the paint perfect..

opie0669's 2005 Dodge Neon  First I cut out that friggin P.O.S exhaust, then I customized the lights front and back... I always thought altezza was a classy look....

opie0669's 2005 Dodge Neon  And I placed Luminic high performance bulbs in the front to get rid of boring factory bulbs, as well as clear bumper lenses...

opie0669's 2005 Dodge Neon  I need Eibach springs to lower this gap...I'll post pictures as soon as I get them..

I tore out the friggin intake, and replaced it with a K & N Typhoon cold air intake.

For better ignition performance I went with MSD coil and wires and upgraded to NGK platinum plugs....

What good is an upgraded ignition system without a MSD Ignition box to add to it??  There was no room in the engine so I had to mount it under my dash...and I had to buy a tach adapter to go with it...It was surprisingly easy to install(and not so surprisingly expensive) ...though I have read I will never get full spectrum of performance from it until I install a chip that will override factory PCM....

ok...here it is the Jet performance chip..  it has helped the throttle and gear shifting when i accelerate...and it is not as easy to install as they say it is.  If you do not have a CAI, it will be very difficult because the computer is located below the air filter, also your wasting your money because i believe this chip will only function well if you have good upgrades...like an engine that breathes well..
