UPDATE: I am such a dumbass. Decided to take the car for a spin...in the rain...full throtle...slippery road...sharp turn....you get the picture... Not quite as bad. I don't remember the accident but I was going really fast and I can remember loosing control and hitting the divider, everything else is black.
DO NOT DRIVE FAST!
Oh yea, about the cup and the spoiler it's kind of hard to do from a hospital with a totaled car...
