Howdy ya, thanx for checking out my latest project. It's already been one year today and yet it looks as if it just rolled outta the assembly line (with a few modifications, of course). This is my 08' Tacoma TRD Sports Edition DoubleCab. Who needs the Texas Edition Tacoma when you've got the TRD Sports Edition with 20" chrome rims (that you CUSTOMIZE yourself) along with chrome side tube steps? Makes little to no sense to me...but I guess, whatever floats your boat. 

     I've definitely made a few improvements here and there - hopefully it looks abit more sportier & sleeker...

 Black Halo Projector Headlights w/ 12,000K EFx HIDs

Bermuda Black IPCW LED Taillights. Looks so much better than stock. (Frankly almost everything looks a little better than stock cuz if it didn't, we wouldn't be changing em for something better now...would we?)

*New* Phantom Signal Lights (11/7/09)

They're painted chrome but the signals still orange...gives it that complete chrome look to the headlights.

 II. Night Lights

These are the standard parking lights - illustrating the Halos.

The pix below shows what the headlights look like when they're all "ON". The one at the bottom illustrates the usage of the 12,000K EFx HIDs (which gives off a blue tint) and is EXTREMELY bright.

III. TRD 4.0L V6 Supercharger

It's Finally HERE!  (The before and after Engine Transformation.) 

I had considered changing the air filter to that of the TRD Cold Air Intake for a complete engine upgrade. But is it really worth it? The kit itself cost about $680 and that only adds an additional 10 HP.

I reckon if I didn't have the SC - I'd be singing a different tune. But since I do, I do believe the SC upgrade by far is definitely worth every penny!

Engine Dress-Up: I changed both the Radiator and Oil Caps to the TRD - Japan

IV. Xtra Stuff

   Interior: Showing off the OBX Chrome Sports Petals and the All-Weathered Floor Mats ontop of the Carpeted ones (for extra protection and easier cleaning).

Finally changed the Speedometer from stock (black) to a Stainless Steel look; now it definitely looks sleeker inside and out.

Simple yet elegant antenna (only cost $6.99 at Wal-Mart)
