Welcome to our Daytona

     
Our first race with the Daytona, midsommer Orsa Sweden.
fw and 450hp.... is not that good...no bite on the track!!     
Every race this summer was the same, no bite!!!
Next year, I´m going to drive the fiero...

 
Race in our hometown, tried Bracket, it didn´t went so well, but
I had 0.03sec reaction! 2:a place in first round!

                                I had big problem to get any grip on the

3" exhaust all the way. and the cat is dead  ;-) hehe...

  2.5 l turbo engine, less than 230 build! (wikipedia) next year it will be a bigger turbo and 4 new pistons 88.50 bore. 
And a new pressure plate, old one was good to 700 nm, but it wasn´t enough.......
at 3200rpm it just spinn!

                I  Hope to get it to a dyno 2009! ;-)             

            Guess that, it will be about 500-550hp, next year.            

    OUPSSS:...it melted, he didn´t get any gas
