Another shot of the same.

My '64 and I about a year ago.

My '64 the day I brought it home in February of 1987. We gave the original owner $500 for it with 87,000 original miles. My buddy Allen is sitting behind the steering wheel. The car was sold new November 22, 1963 to a Mrs. Lena Hale of Countyline Road, Marlow, Oklahoma. This was the same day JFK was shot and killed in Dallas. The car was purchased at Robbins Ford, Marlow.

My niece with my '64 in 1988.

My '64, Tina Justus and myself the day she and I graduated from High School in 1988.

The day I left home in May 1988. I actually lived in the '64 for a few months after.

Same day.

My Granny, Della Mae, 1914-93, on the day I left home.
She was the saint who bought the car for me in 1987.
I miss her every day.

My '64, my acid-washed jeans and myself the day of my buddy Allen's wedding in the summer of 1988.

My '64 in the Wichita Mountains shortly before I traded it off in the fall of 1988. I missed the thing for five years, found it in 1993 but wasn't able to buy it back until 1996. I'll never sell it again.
