Here are two pictures of what the truck looked like the day I got her, after I rescued her from the prince george repo yard... ahh bad for the old owner , good for me lol.  Also being a 2wd truck with a 3.73 rear end and vortex 350 engine its a pretty good platform to build on.

So far all I have done to the truck is start with a small stereo(nothing wild just yet), which includes two kicker comp 10's in a bassworks box powered by an 800 rms alpine mono block amp and jck deck and all stinger wiring...  Currently I am having a new custom dual ported box built to house two new SPL Caption 12's with two stinger caps mounted in the middle and two new amp's on top...  Also going to change the deck out to something a little newer and up to date...

Since I work in construction I make most of my money in spring and summer so thats when most of the modification will be getting done. I Have decieded to go with the 02 cadillac conversion kit with some ccfl led headlights and swap out the painted grill section for a horizontal bar chrome grill insert. The back of the truck is going to get new chevy led tail-lights and a smooth steel roll pan, and all new chrome door and tailgate handles.

After the front end and other body modification have been installed the truck will hit the body shop with scott and his team at "Your Way Autobody" for a fresh coat of pearl white paint with some dark blue flames covering the entire front and working their way back to the front doors.

Here is the basic design of the tribal flames that i want to get painted.

The only other modifications that I will be doing this year are the new 20" VooDoo 403 Rims w/Toyo Proxie tires and the fiberglass toneau cover.  I could afford to get the 4 / 6 inch lowering kit but I would really like to just hit up my beauty with air suspension but depending on what happens with work this year will determine if we get that done.

Hey Thanks man. Yeah I have been workin on it for less than a year. I have plans for full bags,it has rear air suspension now but full air is better, new hood, prob shave tailgate handle, paint and more stereo goodies. Yeah with a GMC you def got potential. There's tones of things you can do. The limit is your imagination.

My first yet of fenders were cut with about 3/4 of an inch lip left to roll. Im re-painting the truck as soon as I get my cadillac done, and on the new set of fenders i left only a 1/4 of an inch lip around the fender instead of rolling it. If youre easy you can do either.
