This is my 1979 Jeep J10. It is a one owner truck with only 80,000 miles. It has been repainted once, back to its original color. This truck is my daily driver. (it is expensive, 6 miles per gallon) This truck has had no body work done, and it has no rust. It has a 360 V8 with a Motorcraft 2150 2 barrel carb. It has a 400 turbo automatic with Borg-Warner 1339 Quadra-Trac with low range. It has Dana 44's front and rear. It has Factory A/C that still works, power steering, and power brakes upgraded with a dual diaphraghm brake booster and master cylinder off of a 1987 Grand Wagoneer. The interior had the Levi package, but the seat has been re-covered. The door panels still have the denim inserts in them. I replaced the original 8-track player with a brand new 8-track player that has been in the box for the past 30 years. This is the first time it has ever been installed in a vehicle. Everyone looks at me like I am crazy when they figure out that I listen to 8-tracks. The truck still has the original 15x8 white spoke wheels and the original Goodyear Tracker A/T spare tire installed under the bed. I added the trim rings from some Chevy rally wheels. I had to change the grill from the original "pignose" grill that originaly came on the truck because it was cracked and the chrome was peeling. The new grill came from an 86 Grand Wagoneer. The hood release was also moved to the inside because the new grill wouldn't let me use the original latch. Thanks for looking!
