Here are a some pictures of my Gulf Orange G series coupe. The 150 hp 2.7 liter engine was rebuilt by David Cogdell a few years ago. Antionio Solares painted each section without using tape. The car has new weather striping, windshield, headlamps, and plastic turn signals lenses.
I bought this car in December of 1990 with 66,000 miles on it and it has about 150,000 on the body today. I drove a 1975 Porsche 914 for about 10 years before getting into this 911.
I replaced the original rear turn siginal lenses with Bosh European style amber lens and the new rear reflector reads Porsche in silver letters.
September 2009 I installed a new black German Silver knit carpet set. Back in the mid 1990's I had the seats and rear deck recovered in black vinyl and used charcoal gray velour on the center section of the seats. The harsh reflection of the camera flash makes the driver seat look worse than in person.
