First Pictures

the primer in these pictures might look great but when you got up close the whole thing was spider cracking and it was horrible. I took all 4 layers of paint down by hand because I didnt have any tools for it at the time. It took a long time.

you should keep the six look at all the stuff i did with mine. i guarantee after i put a supercharger or after I turbo it it'll have wayy more hp than any other v8 mustang.

real nice. im saving up to get the paint for my baby now. interiors at the shop. but i have no money for her right now so im going to fix my lexus first('95 sc300) so i can get places. then im helpiing my dad with his box chevy. in miami you have to have 22's or up and im not doing that to this one so im going to ride in the box until the end of summer. when i do so i want you to come back and start checking up. i need motivation from all corners:) well kep up the progress on both your whips, theyre coming out nice. and the straight 6's in these are pretty fuel economic. and if you do drop in a turbo, you'll be pulling decent numbers. so if you alr4eady have the 6 why swap it, be original. im trying to swap for a 302, i wanted to turbo it too, but in between the 50 swap and the turbo ill be bankrupt for the rest of my life:)lmao.

This is Does10s with the turbo'd Inline six Falcon. KEEP THE SIX! Add a turbo and you won't be sorry. Everybody does the V8 swap. It's boring! A high power six is way more fun! We're making 323hp and 502lb/ft of torque at the tires. Later, Will

Hey.... I think you are out of luck as far as the Fairlane spindles go. If your goal is to convert the car over to a 5 lug setup and disc brakes, the easiest bolt on application would be from the Ford Granada or Lincoln Versailles. I also believe you need the rims for the tires with that application also. It would also be best to add a power booster if you are going to disc brakes unless you have some real strong legs. I have a rear end out of a 1968 Fairlane in my car. It's a heavier duty unit than the original Falcon rear. That swap was done before I bought the car so I don't know if they had to shorten the shafts. It's also very low geared so my car jumps off the line but it tops out around 85 miles per hour. I would strongly recommend against using the 260 V8. You can pick up a 302 just about anywhere on the cheap and get alot more horsepower for your money. Keep me posted on how things are going!
