Hidden Headlights on.

I just started to modify (reversable) my tail lights.

I found a picture some place of a 1967 T-Bird

concept car that had large opened tail lights,

before the final production version was designed.

I removed the lens alum. trim and painted the

borders flat black and visable screws red.

I still need to install chrome mylar tape to the

reflectors & hi-tech reflector tape to peremiter of

the tail lights.  I think it cleans up the rear of the

car and gives it a more Jet-Like look.

I have completed the tail lights.  They now

have the chrome Mylar tape on the reflectors.

The lights look very cool when on, I will take

a picture of them at night without a flash next

week and post it.  I can re-install the aluminum

trim in a few minutes to bring the lights back

to original if I want to.  The rear of the car looks

cleaner without them and the lens now show

more red and it looks striking with the white

paint and black boarders in the tail light cove.

Little triangle plastic standoffs

(that I painted silver-chrome) for the aluminum

trim can be seen in this picture.

The red HI-Tech reflectors I added really work!
