My "new" 1982 Yamaha XJ550 Maxim
Custom air brushed gas tank. Killers
Well, this is my first car; I bought it off my uncle for $700, put a new oil pan on (the old one rusted out) and a new intake manifold (kind of surprised it was still the original...). Also, the idler arm is worn out, the front shocks are dead, the windshield has a crack, and it had about 152K miles.

Bought some subs for the trunk. Nothing fancy; two 10"s and one 12". I still need to get a decent amp. Ill post some pictures after I build an enclosure and post some more once its all wired.

Just bought some new hyper-white headlight bulbs, ill post some pictures after I buff the headlights clear again.

I got a K&N air filter for christmas, just put it in, pics on page 3.

The hyper-whites weren't quite what i was looking for, they still had a yellowish tint, I got some Cuzo (slightly) blue tinted bulbs. Pics on page 2. Also, new NGK spark plugs on the way, 1-2 days delivery :)

New Sony Xplod CDX-GT330 stereo in, new pics up soon. 52 watts x 4 channels :) Just gotta get those kenwood speakers now.

NGK spark plugs installed, also soundstorm amp on the way, hopefully Ill have it wired by this weekend. The wiring kit came in today.

4-gauge wire run, Soundstorm amp installed, Streetwires 1.0 farad capacitor installed, just waiting for my sub box. Two 10 inch Legacy subs going in within a few days.

12 inch sub installed, dual ten inch box coming in tomorrow. Pictures posted when its light out again.

KYB Gas-A-Just shocks came in today, I'm puting them on Friday at work. Oil change soon... XD

KYB gas-a-just installed at all four corners. Exhaust sawzalled off right after the cats. Sounds nice :D

New rims in today, but the company sent the wrong size for the rears :/ I got some 15x7 up front, and a pair of 17x9 on their way. Just need new tires.

Stripped the rear interior. Also, hoodpins and fog lights installed. Pictures on pages 2 and 4.

Code Alarm CA440SS remote start put in. Just in time for winter. New headlight installed after a minor accident broke my old one.
