Hey nice Strat I had that same amp in my old car but now i have the Sony 1000 watt one and its really nice. Keep up the the good work and checkout my 05 Strat!!!!!

What you should do with the filter it to lower it down....if you notice on the stock filter box there is a hole that is used to transfer air that coming from the light area to the filter....since your filter is so high, it is using less efficient warmer air.....i did the same thing when i installed my spectre filter....when i changed it i did notice a small sound pitch and acceleration terms were a little noticeable too

yeah they usually can't handle it for more than a couple minutes. The best is setting off alarms. I've only done it once but its a blast
