well, heres some pics of the intereior, or lack thereof! ive gutted most of it for weight reduction. these are seats i put in after i tore out the split bench, there from a '97 ford escort. i used the caprice brackets and welded them to sheet metal, which i inturn bolted to the floor. these seats were cheap($25 bucks at a local yard), and they weigh about a third of what the bench did.
this is the b&m quicksilver shifter i put in after i had my new tranny built. the shift kit i used allows me to shift manually, or automatically, so having a slap shifter helps me at the track. i didn't see the need to install the boot that it came with. i wasn't going for pretty.
my tachometer, another part i took from the blazer. the only place i could mount it was on th pillar.
cheap gauges about $10 total investment. the cd player was on clearance for $35 at hell mart.
where my back seat used to be. its good for haulin extra sets of tires to the track or to the burnouts, just strap em down and go.
i had to make a divider to go between the trunk and the cab, so when i get on the brakes, stuff doesn't fly through and hit me in the head. my dad used to tell me i "drive like a retard," so i had to use this particular road sign somewhere on the car. its only held down with sheet metal screws and rivets, but it gets the job done, and it gives people a laugh when they see it. ( i do not condone making fun of the mentally impared, though.)
some people put their contingency stickers on their fenders, or their windows. not me though.
