Safari Bar mounting brackets.
Westin does not currently make this bar for a 97 (that's what they thought!). My dad and brother figured out how to make the bar and the fit kit for a 98 Ranger work on a 97.

In this pic it's hard to tell, but the only two mods to the brackets were to cut out a notch so they would fit flat against the crossmember, and drill another hole in the black bracket to raise the bar 2". Thanks Dad and Bro!

Well, it looks as if my plans may be changing again...my brother-in-law mentioned that he had a set of M/T 15" wheels with Lee tires for sale for $300. Bigger wheels and multiple tire options...YES!

Here is a pic of the TYC tail lights. Yet another eBay item.

Notice that the tag holder is gone...yet another custom mod. To remove, drill out the center of the rivet. This makes the tag holder much easier to remove.

Hey, thanks for checkin out my Ranger. Like yours to, looks good. Offroadin is a lot of fun but i wasn't goin to hard on the truck seein as it was my only one to, and that its only Rear Wheel Drive and i didnt want to get stuck. It was mostly doing donuts in puddles and just havin a good time doin in sand what you cant do on the road. But be carefull cus i hit a huge hole and busted my front left coil spring. Not to bad, but sucked none the less. I actually just crashed my ranger in the snow, slid into a lightpole so I'm gettin a new 4x4 ranger, check it out in a week or two I'll have the link up. Keep up the good wrk w/ ur ranger and have fun w/ it.
