This is my 64 nova. I bought this car in Feb. 2003. It is a 2 door sedan 400.
I purchased the car in Memphis TN. with original 6cylinder and power glide.
The follwing are some pics of our trip home with the car in tow. What a crazy trip. We left from St. Pete. on saturday afternoon and drove straight through to Memphis. Arriving Sunday morning at the sellers house. He was expecting us but for some reason slept in and was not prepared to sell the car. So we sat around for 3 hours waiting for him to find the title. Well, he never did. We ended up having to go to a notory in town to get a notorized bill of sale. By now it is 4pm and both my wife and I had to work Monday. We loaded up and drove all night back to st. pete. arriving at 5am monday morning.
The build begins:
Installed a TCI front clip, a 350 with aluminum heads, intake, and holley carb.
THE MINI TUB:
Installed Competition Engineering frame rails, Narrowed DANA 60 with 4.56 posi and 35 spline Moser axles.
