Hello Everyone! Don't mess with me because my other ride is a Bradley A3 Armored Vehicle lol.
My names Louis, and YES- I am an Elite member of the 50 years and under (I'm 24) Corvette owner, lol just kidding. This is my STOCK 2005 6MT Daytona Sunset Orange Convertible Chevrolet Corvette! I love working on cars as you can see with My old Turbocharged Honda Accord and my recently sold RARE 6MT Acura TL (It was just SOLD!).
I just moved to California and figured that I needed something... Less practical th an my Acura- and I found her. There's something about lowering that top before you go for a drive. Or maybe it's the 400hp/ft.lbs produced from the thirsty 6.0L LS2 motor mated with my 6 Speed Manual Transmission that propels this rocket from 0-60mph in 4.2 seconds and the quarter at around 12.7 seconds STOCK. Or maybe the annoying yet fun loving fact that I sometimes just cant keep traction in the first few gears.
So you are looking at Chevrolet's 6th Generation Corvette dubbed C6 whose production started from 2005-present. The Corvette has been in production sine 1953. She is powered by a 6.0L LS2 Motor pushing 400hp and 400ft.lbs of torque.
My Corvette is a rare find. This is why:
-There were a total of 37,372 C6 Corvettes produced in 2005
-Only 10,644(28%) were convertibles
-Out of all convertibles, there were only 1,763(16.6%) produced with a 6 speed manual transmission
-Out of 10,644 Convertibles produced, only 602(5.7%) came in my Daytona Sunset Orange color
-Even less are both a convertible/Daytona Sunset Orange/6 Speed Manual Transmission
I know this will never make show off of the week because there are so many clean rides out there. But it be nice if you voted me in. This is my FIRST American Car and my 5th car I've owned to date. I've had a two toyotas, one Acura, and one Honda. I love it so far!

FYI... I do NOT condone street racing in any way. I do not put anyone else in danger (if there's heavy traffic), nor do I do it often (only when someone provokes me). This is an extreme minimal list. I'm not the type to provoke a race, nor claim my car is Z06 or 10 second status. I'm not an idiot, and I know when to back off unlike some people. These are just fun and games, all these cars are great vehicles and there is no disrespect to any of them! I'm not going to list every kill, like a VW bug that insisted on racing??? Or a PT Cruiser? At least they're insistant!

Losses
~2000 Ford Mustang - VERY clean Supercharged/dropped/wide rear end and just clean. And Fast.
~2005 Nissan 350Z - Nice dropped Twin Turbo'd Z. Black on Black, purpose built!
~1993 Nissan 300zx - Also a Twin Turbo... Be careful with those turbo vehicles, you never know how much boost they're running :-) dead even for 3-4 gear, started pulling right at 5th.
That's it! I know my car very well, and know my limitations. I rarely race simply because it's dangerous and could be costly (cops... or even lives at stake)
