TheSouthernBird's 1969 Plymouth Satellite

Hello & welcome to my Mopar Page..

This is the last car we completed, resotartion was completed in 2007., It is a 1969 Plymouth Satellite.

This car has been in our family since 1980, when my father purchased it from the original owner with only 38,000 miles.,. He is a 35 year ASE master tech. & has been the only mechanic to ever work on this car since one of his customers special ordered it new in 69. while the car was in great shape when we purchased it, we did restore it over the years in the off season. a Paint job, rebuilt engine, engine bay detail, & wheels & tires is all it really neeaded. the interior is all original equipment.

While The car now has right at 60,000 miles on it, It has won 100's of awards over the years, & has placed in the top 3 for past 7 years at the southeast mopar meet at ATL. Dragway. Bringing on 5) 1st place awards.

So far she has been in 5 photo shoots for various magizines & car calenders, She has also appeared on the TV show rides. We had the chance to be on my classic car with her, but my father is a very camera shy person. & I didn't attend that show.

Beautiful. My brother has a 69 Satellite also. His is still in resoration. Yours is 5 Star! We can't wait until we can get his fully restored. We have a 56 studebaker 1.5 ton pickup with a long bed and a 75 Ford Sasquatch.
