The inside was all red and mass up. All new intererior from the dish to the back of the car.

The car was red on red with a V6 automatic, now with 1965 327 30 over motor with M22 4 speed tranny rebuilt all new gearing - 4th gear drop down to 88 gearing for street driving and long miles, only need 1,2,3,gearing for drag racing, the rear gearing is 373 Richmond posi, dual 2.5 exhaust. The gauges will be install in the passenger side dash I will be cutting holes in the dash or may make something to mount them in not sure yet.
Pulling the motor rebuilding it again only had about 3500 miles on last rebuild. The funny thing about pulling the motor make sure your cherry picker wheels roll, I had to use the truck to pull the motor lift.

Old cam only had 3500 miles on it, Also cam bearing that rest on the block behind the gear drive. I'm use the stock oil pump type pressure because, the high volume oil pump keeps most of the oil on top of the heads at higher rpms.

Rebuilding motor, tranny, and cleaning up the parts.

I'm going to change the time cover with a aluminum type on order and installing a higher flow water pump. I shave off the motor total of a 148 pounds with the light parts. Any big block motor car making around 575 hp the 327 should be right there side by side.

High flow water pump and a 600 hp rated fuel pump.

Valve covers would not fit the roller rocker arms they are 3"7/8 wide I need 4" wide I had hope they would fit. So I will buying new 1's.

Valve covers that would not clear the rocker arms, The eldelbrocks valve covers cleared at the bottom 4" wide but tapered going up to the top so they would not fit. The funny thing the speed shops that I bought them from all said they would will fit.

I bought these Properform 2 peace valve covers they fit for sure. I like these a lot.

Motor coming together just about, waiting for the timimg cover to come in.

Engine break in oil I'm going to use on 1st start up. I had to drill and tap the crank shaft so it could use a bolt type harmonic balancer that can rev to 7500 rpm.

I had to drill and tap the crank shaft so it could use a bolt type harmonic balancer that can rev to 7500 rpm. I use white paint and mark each side to keep the drill line up.

Motor finish ready to install in the car

Better pics of the carb and manifold TMZ Products bult the holley 735 cfm there number is 1-586-365-9628 They will make your car fly man the motor come's to life around 3000 all the way to 7200 rpm pull very hard 1 of the best carbs I had they tune it to the motor when I give them my specs over the phone and ship me the carb, coil hyfire and distributor.

Wiring in the motor bay will be cut out and only the wiring that's not needed and relocated to help give the motor bay cleaner look, The motor bay repainted black with Por15 man very good paint.

Parts clean up, Brake booster repainted and wiper motor.

Power steering and alternator brackets, this is a picture of how the brackets mount to the water pump.

Motor mounts was open up to install new thicker mounts to keep the motor from lift up when taking off.

2 peace timing cover to make it easy to change the cam so I don't have to mass up the oil pan gasket. 3 ducer carb set may install on the motor the center car runs the car up to 3500 rpm then after that the 2 end carbs kick in. The flow 850 cfm all 3 together.

Install the motor loading it on the truck.

Tranny install and the headers / exhaust, Had to make a clutch return bracket old I had would not line up.

Gauges and foot padles install. I will be changing the driver side gauges and making a oak wood panel next year sometime. Gauges are summit brand never had 1 go dad in the past plus the price is right.

Motor up and running about 200 miles on it now.
Pulls very strong pass 3200 rpm.
