Ok so no more wasted time and what not the time has come to get this new setup togther. All I need is the ice box (which should be here soon) and we will be towing the car to the dyno for tune and number out put. Puttin the piece's back together starts now.
Pics of the old setup these are the last ones to be added.

Pics of my new intake manifold, stage IV lower intake manifold, master power 60-1 p-trim turbo, 70mm tri-flow bbtb, and billet motor mounts.

A few pics of the injectors, stageIV lower intake manifold, Ice Box Manifold,70mm throttle body, and new turbo installed.

We ran into a problem though. The old exhaust flange is to small and doesnt fit the bolt pattern so we are havein to have another one shipped to us and also a 4 to 2.5" coupler.

Well it's April 1st and now the FPR, fuel pump, wideband, gauges, solid billet motor mounts, and electronic boost controller are installed. Also the ice box finally came in as well and we got to hook that beatiful thing up.

Ok now on to the mess of this day. About this time last year I paid a company who will remain nameless to put in my ecu piggyback. Well we double checked the wires and found a butchers job and it wasnt even hooked up right so there was no why they could have tuned it they just added a manual boost controller to the bill then uped the boost to make it look like it was workin. We rewired it and fixed all of it the right way so it should be good to go now. Hopefully we will be ready to set the injectors and test fire her up in the next few days or the beginning of next week.
April 25, 2009: Well I have some good news and some bad. Last week before my wedding I drove the car from chatsworth to calhoun (about 45mins) and I could feel a increase in power even though I could not boost at all. Fuel pressure stayed between 35-37psi and the afr was low 10's at idle and high 11's low 12's crusing untuned so the was running extremely lean.
Now for the bad news at the dyno the guy tuning the map ecu piggyback is unable to do it. He just doesnt have enough knowledge to do it and he said it is very confusing to deal with so he is havin another guy come into town to try it. They say if it can be tuned then he can do it but if not I need to make other arrangements like a different shop or a different tuner. We'll see how things go next sat but I hope it goes for the best.
May 3rd, 2009: Ok now we are havin problems with the tps but maybe this will be an easy fix. Im going to adjust the new throttle body and see if I cant get it running right. The tps is at 99% all the time so it has to be fixed before we tune it. The dyno will be closed till tuesday so maybe we can get up there early enough to mess with it and throw it back on the dyno.
May 5th, 2009:Car will be dropped off tomorrow or the next day. Ok the bad news:
TPS was 98.8% at idle and did not move while gas was being pressed. There was also tps and maf cel's that was not there when I drove the car there. Also the car ran sort of fine there but now since they have had it the car tries to die every now and then.
I will be checkin the TPS and wiring of the map-ecu1 and find out what the problem is and hopefully have it fixed by the end of the week and then back to the dyno and hopefully back to the streets.
May 13th, 2009:Car is back up an running better then before it was havin some wiring problems but all in all is fixed now. A friend in AZ snt me a better fuel map and it was loaded up adn started. No cel, no high idle, and no smoke all is good the tps is perfect and afr is 14.5. Fuel pressure is still alil low but it will bumped up to 40 at the dyno. Hopefully I will be there very soon.
May 21st, 2009: Drove the car back to the dyno today she was running really lean causing some blow by from the bov but made it there safe and sound. Still could not boost the car but it felt really good just in vaccum. Hopefully we will have it tuned and dynoed so I can get it back and post more pics and numbers for you all following this and thank you for doing so the time is right around the corner and then I will have to redo this page, lol.
June 11th, 2009: Well for all of you following this I have some more bad news I know you are gettin tired of hearing this. The dyno called me and told me the tune was lookin good and everything and then asked me what sort of boost I was lookin at running. I said somewhere between low and middle and they said ok they have been running high all day. When the turned the boost controller off and started to tune it of wastegate pressure the boost just kept rising way past the size spring it has in it. Took the wastegate off and the freakin seal on the inside is melted open and it wont close to seal it so I have to order a new one. Next sat my new Tial Wastegate should be here and it can be tuned for high rpms now since the low ones are good to go. 9 more days hopefully.
Thank you for everyone who has been following this ride. The car is running better then ever and was even just voted July ROTM on HHOP. I will update all this on my next off days like I have been meaning to but between workin, testing, fixing, and tuning I have been strained for time. Thanks again to all and come back to check it out mon or tues.
July 20th, 2009: Finally can update here with some new pics and some new numbers. Ok tibs come stock with around 136whp auto and 156whp 6-speed I have seen them on dyno's. The old setup was good to get us to 200whp at 8psi with just the turbo kit and exhaust. Now that NGM has helped our custom project with a couple of goodies it is now at 272whp at 8psi and keep in mind that is with stock exhaust manifolds, crush bent y-pipe, and a tps problem that is now fixed. After swapping the manifolds and y-pipe the guy's at the dyno and us expect over 300whp at 8psi on a stock block. Not to bad in my mind. Here are some updated pictures for all of you and some changed on the first page as well.

A picture of a stealth proto-type kit I'm buying off of someone when they get back home from the army in a few weeks. I'm going to cut off the more flowing manifolds and bolt them up and use the rest of the piping for a new y-pipe for my setup since this kit was made for a 6-speed. The turnout should be great.

After all this is worked out a stage 1 evac kit will be one of the next thing that get's here and a completely new exterior look. Lambo's, wing, it's all coming off but you will just have to wait to see or hear how it's going to look. Come back a check it out more mod's and dyno's will be in the near future and I will post before and after dyno's of the differences in the manifolds as well.
July 26th.2009: My bother and I took our vertical door kits off of my tibby and his acrua rsx type-s. It has been so long that we have had regular doors but it felt pretty good. The only real problem we ran into was his driver side was cuttin into his wiring harness but it was fixed. That mod has been removed from the car, mod list, and here are a few pics and no they are not going back on later

Tiburons with auto transmissions have around 136whp stock and 6-speeds have around 156whp so dont believe that 172hp crap.
setup 1-200whp, setup 2-272whp(currently)
