This is my 1967 dodge dart. Bought it 5 years ago for $365.00. The person who I bought it from over heated the engine and dumped cold water in it befor it had a chance to cool down. I ran the car with the engine like that for two years. But it had to be replaced. The new slant six is out of a wrecked donor dart. Yes thats right a slant six with a mild cam, Offy 4 barrel intake, Holley 600cfm carb, and a set of headman headers. It's right now getting the body work done. Just tryin to pic the blue I should paint it. If any ideas on the color. let me know. chevelle65wgn's 1967 Dodge Dart I will have more pictures up  of old fred soon. The camshaft in the 225 ci I got from ebay. the 600cfm carb I had in the garage. The 4 barrel intake came from ebay. THe headers are from my dads old Aspen. The engine runs great.

Lots & lots of potential in this car & there's nothing wrong with the slant 6, it is almost bullet proof. I like the mods you did to it. 5*. Take a look at my 69 Monaco convert. Please leave a comment & a rating. Laurence

Old Fred is way cool ! I am helping my son with his '74 Duster ( my page 13 in 'GeeTee' ) and he really has been watching ebay for a different induction system. He really wants to go with a dual two bbl. Let us know if you come across one ! I left 'Old Fred' all the stars. Keep 'em safe, Rick

Hey sweet dart, show some more pics of your engine. I am going to make my dart into a sleeper pretty much. I am towing it from Montana to Washington to where I live know.
